STANDARD SERVICE
Eli’s Cheesecakes and desserts are perishable. Orders placed Sunday through Tuesday by 11:00 am Central Standard Time will be delivered the same week. Orders placed Wednesday through Saturday will be delivered the following week. Product is shipped in the continental United States. Call for service to Hawaii and Alaska (800) ELI-CAKE.
PRIORITY DELIVERY
Orders received by 11:00 am CST will be delivered in two business days for an additional charge.
Shipping and Delivery Questions
How will my order be packaged to protect it during shipping?
Eli's Chicago's Finest Cheesecakes and Desserts are packaged in individually wrapped dry-ice and heavy-duty Styrofoam containers, then taped and bonded together for security. Eli's stands by our pledge to have all of our finest cheesecakes and desserts arrive in the best possible condition to our customers. Because of our attention to detail, Eli's Cheesecakes can travel hundreds of miles and arrive picture perfect.
What information do you need to send a package?
We need a complete street address (with correct zip code, apartment or suite numbers, spellings of streets) city and a daytime phone number for the recipient. A business name is needed for all business deliveries.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. UPS requires a physical street address. We also cannot ship to AFO/APO addresses.
Do you ship to colleges?
Yes, but because of the nature of the residence a signature may be required. We strongly recommend you let the college student know a package is coming. Many times college mail goes straight to the mail room. Please make sure the student knows to expect a perishable package.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.A.?
No, currently we can only ship within the continental U.S. We do not ship to Puerto Rico.
Can you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii but need to accept these orders via telephone. There is an additional shipping charge of $20.00 per package. Packages can take up to 48 hours to arrive.Please call Eli's Mail Order and Internet Department to place your order.

What time will the cheesecake gift be delivered?
Packages shipped from Eli's should be delivered on OR before your estimated arrival date. Delivery times can be between 9:00am and the end of UPS' delivery day, which is typically 7:00pm. Business deliveries should arrive by 5:00pm. In rare circumstances such as extreme weather, Eli's may opt to upgrade an order for earlier delivery. This upgrade will not change the price of your order but may result in orders arriving one day prior to the estimated date.
Does someone have to be home to sign for the package?
When sending to a residential address, it is standard practice to release the package at the door if no one is home. Please advise the recipient a package is coming and to be on the lookout. When shipping to multi-unit buildings, packages may be delivered to apartment office.
